Product Manager — Dach- & Industriefassade (m/f/d)

The Roofing & Cladding product line is dedicated worldwide to the development, manufacturing, and marketing of mechanical fastening systems and customized solutions for the construction industry. For our Heerbrugg location, we are looking for a proactive and innovative personality who wants to drive new activities in this exciting environment.

Your Tasks

• Responsibility for defined product groups and the development and implementation of their strategy
• Independent market launch of products and development of corresponding market segments
• Identification of application problems and new business ideas in cooperation with market organizations and customers
• Application consulting and support for regional product managers
• Accompanying benchmarking projects and processing customer complaints
• Conducting internal/external product training and ensuring documentation
• Participation in development projects
• Support for local market organizations in product launches
• Participation in international peer group meetings to identify product maintenance priorities and development projects

Your profile

• Completed technical degree (HF, FH in Civil Engineering/Engineering Management) or technical training and comparable further education
• Ideally experience in the construction industry, in industrial facades or in facade construction (sandwich panels) is an advantage
• Knowledge in product management as well as strategic and networked thinking
• Independent, systematic, forward-thinking and proactive way of working
• Strong communication skills and assertiveness, combined with a healthy dose of curiosity
• Confident handling of MS Office programs
• Fluent German and English, spoken and written, French is an advantage
