Product Manager – Delivery Manager

• *About the Role** • We are looking for a seasoned Product Manager who can act as a Delivery Manager for AI driven and enterprise-grade software solutions • This is a high-impact role focused on project delivery, cross-functional coordination, and innovation enablement particularly in the Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Automation domains • You will work closely with Engineering, Data Science, Product, and Business stakeholders to turn product ideas into reality, ensure alignment with goals, and drive on time, high-quality delivery • *Key Responsibilities** • Product Ownership & Delivery Own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of AI and software development projects from discovery to release • Break down product requirements into Epics, Stories, and Sub-tasks using tools like Jira & Confluence • Drive delivery pipelines in collaboration with Engineering, QA, and Design teams Ensure alignment with OKRs, stakeholder expectations, and timelines • AI & Technology Collaboration Work with AI/ML engineers to translate models and algorithms into real-world applications Coordinate delivery of LLM, RAG, NLP, and analytics-based solutions • Understand architecture, APIs, model deployment, and cloud infrastructure (nice to have) Agile Project Management • Act as the Scrum Master (or work closely with one) to facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups • Own sprint velocity tracking, backlog grooming, and Jira dashboards • Mitigate project risks and remove blockers for the team • Stakeholder Communication & Reporting • Serve as the single point of contact for delivery status, risk updates, and milestone communication • Interface with business, sales, and leadership to provide clear, actionable progress reports • *Required Qualifications** • 4-7 years of experience in Product Management, Project Delivery, or Tech Program Management • Experience working on AI/ML, Data Products, or Enterprise SaaS • Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, Gantt charts, roadmapping) • Technical fluency: Must be able to collaborate with AI Engineers, Backend • Developers, and DevOps teams • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Proven ability to deliver high-quality products on time in fast-paced environments • *Preferred Qualifications**

Exposure to AI concepts: LLMs, NLP, RAG, ML pipelines, Prompt Engineering

Familiarity with tools like Power BI, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or FastAPI

Knowledge of product lifecycle in Agile and Kanban environments

Experience working with cross-functional tech teams
