Your Responsibilities

• Product positioning: Analysis, concepts, strategies, and their communication
• Planning, conception, coordination, execution, and control of efficient marketing measures, including digital channels
• Creation and provision of documents and materials for both the sales force and patients and/or medical professionals (including pharmacies)
• Sales, revenue, and cost planning as well as continuous monitoring of target achievement and deviations, and development and implementation of possible corrective measures
• Market observation and competitor analysis, including derivation of recommendations for action
• Conducting sales force training and presentations (including creation of materials); close communication with the sales force
• Support of further training events, e.g., symposia, congresses with the involvement of the sales force
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with specialist departments, project management

What You Bring

• Successfully completed studies in natural sciences or economics
• 5 years of professional experience, at least 3 in the marketing of prescription drugs, experience in addiction medicine is an advantage
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Very good organizational skills and careful, independent project and time management
• High communication and team skills, flexibility, and resilience
• Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
