Product Manager, Engagement

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for Engagement, including app features and user experiences
• Define and track engagement KPIs and conduct research to enhance user retention
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and clinical teams to implement product improvements

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Experience in developing consumer applications focused on engagement and retention
• Familiarity with AI-powered consumer features preferred
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for product decisions
• Experience managing complex cross-functional projects
