Product Manager - Enterprise SaaS Conversational AI Suite

As an experienced Product Manager, you will be leading the development of an enterprise SaaS product suite focused on conversational AI, voice analytics, and speech-enabled bots. Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading the product strategy and roadmap for voice analytics and conversational AI products - Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as engineering, design, and sales and marketing to deliver high-quality products - Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and new feature development - Defining and prioritizing product features based on customer needs and business objectives - Developing and maintaining product documentation, including PRDs and user stories - Analyzing product performance metrics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement - Conducting, managing, and presenting reports on Proof of Concepts (POCs) for clients - Engaging directly with enterprise clients to gather requirements and improve product offerings - Presenting product demos and capabilities to potential customers

Qualifications required for this role are:

- 4-6 years of product management experience in enterprise SaaS products - MBA from a top-tier business school in India - Bachelor's degree in engineering or any STEM field (preferred) - Strong technical background with the ability to understand and discuss complex technologies - Excellent data analytics skills with proficiency in spreadsheet tools, data visualization, and SQL - Familiarity with speech analytics technologies (ASR, NLP, transcription, translation, etc.) - Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling B2B SaaS products - Outstanding communication and presentation skills - Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies

Preferred skills include:

- Experience with conversational AI or voice-based technologies - Knowledge of machine learning and AI concepts
