Join us as a Product Manager for Environmental Asset Management, focused on our comprehensive Environmental ATG + Wetstock remote management solutions.
This is a remote role with a preference for team members working in Eastern or Central Time Zones within the United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Continuously define and refine a strategic product roadmap aligned with the organization’s objectives, including detailed milestones and execution plans.
- Engage with customers and conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities for innovation, feature development, and product differentiation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product owners, and technical teams to ensure effective design, roadmap execution, user story creation, and successful delivery.
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to craft a go-to-market strategy, develop compelling product positioning, and create essential sales materials and training.
- Assess customer needs, prioritize product requirements, and leverage Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback to enhance user adoption and drive product enhancements.
- Analyze performance metrics and utilize quantitative and qualitative data to guide product improvements and shape pricing strategies.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of new product features and solutions, from conception to launch, and through optimization post-launch.
- Create persuasive business cases for new products and features, supported by customer data, market intelligence, and financial insights.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company at industry events, conferences, and key client meetings.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience in the software industry, preferably within the convenience and retail fuel sector.
- Proven success in managing all aspects of a product throughout its lifecycle.
- Strong technical understanding of device connectivity, IoT, and API products; experience with ATG and retail fueling is a plus.
- Experience in developing product strategies, roadmaps, and go-to-market plans for hardware/software solutions.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
- Creative and strategic thinking to solve complex problems.
- A genuine desire to drive customer impact through innovation.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time to engage with customers and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience in the fuel & convenience retail industry or related sectors.
Compensation
The base salary range for this position is $96,800 to $125,000 per year. Actual salary will be determined based on various factors, including experience, skills, location, and internal equity.
