Product Manager - Environmental Solutions

In this role, you will contribute to our Environmental ATG + Wetstock remote management solutions.

Key Responsibilities: • Define and continuously enhance product strategies and roadmaps aligned with organizational goals, incorporating milestones, phases, and actionable execution plans. • Engage with customers while conducting competitive analysis and market research to identify innovative features and opportunities for product differentiation. • Collaborate across various teams including engineering and product ownership to ensure effective design, roadmap execution, and successful product delivery. • Partner with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies, compelling positioning, and create valuable training materials and sales collateral. • Gather Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback to prioritize product requirements, enhancing user adoption and driving product improvements. • Analyze performance metrics using both quantitative and qualitative insights to inform product enhancements, packaging, and pricing strategies. • Oversee the entire lifecycle of new product features from conception to launch and subsequent optimization. • Create persuasive business cases for new products and features backed by market intelligence and financial analyses. • Act as a product ambassador, representing the company at industry events, conferences, and with key clients.

Required Qualifications: • 5+ years of product management experience in software, preferably within the convenience and retail fuel sectors. • Demonstrated success in managing all elements of a product through its lifecycle. • Strong technical acumen with a background in device connectivity, IoT, and API products; familiarity with ATG and retail fueling is preferred. • Experience in creating product strategies and go-to-market plans for hardware and software solutions. • Excellent communication and collaborative skills with an ability to influence cross-functional teams. • Proven problem-solving skills using both quantitative and qualitative data. • Strategic and creative thinker with the desire to impact customers through innovation. • Willingness to travel up to 20% annually for customer and stakeholder engagement.

Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related fields, or equivalent professional experience. • Industry experience in fuel & convenience retail or related sectors.

The base compensation range for this position is $96,800 to $125,000 per annum. Your actual salary will be determined based on various factors including experience, skills, location, credentials, and internal equity.
