Product Manager - Fastag - B2C - Marketing Branches Operations

Responsibilities

  • PPI Business Ownership : Define product roadmap and 3-year growth strategy, Own P&L including interchange/MDR, program fees, and float income, Drive issuance, activation, transaction growth & profitability
  • FASTag Business : Scale retail & corporate FASTag issuance, improve activation, recharge frequency, and partner distribution, Strengthen reconciliation, dispute management & NPCI compliance
  • Corporate Prepaid (Meal & Benefits Cards) : Expand corporate acquisition pipeline, Integrate with Corporate salary ecosystems, Improve merchant acceptance & customer experience
  • Gift Cards & Consumer Prepaid : Launch co-branded & digital gift programs , Scale B2B/B2C distribution via fintech & ecosystem partners
  • Fintech Partnerships : Identify and onboard payment-led embedded finance partnerships , negotiate commercials and manage partner performance , Ensure risk, compliance & fraud controls

Requirements

  • 6–12 years in Payments / PPI / Digital Banking / Fintech
  • Strong understanding of RBI PPI guidelines & NPCI ecosystem
  • Experience in partnership-led growth & P&L ownership
  • High commercial orientation with strong cross-functional leadership
