About Numezis

Numezis is a Swiss-made, AI-powered SaaS platform for accounting, finance, and ERP — built for companies that value precision, automation, and trust.

We are building an agentic finance and operations OS, where workflows, data, and AI work together to automate financial processes while remaining auditable, compliant, and human-controlled.

Currently in beta, Numezis is already used by real Swiss businesses. We are now looking for a Product Manager to help define what this platform becomes.

The Role

As a Product Manager, you will own the product direction of Numezis.

This is a core, high-impact role — not a backlog manager position.

You will help shape the product strategy, roadmap, and execution of a modern, AI-native financial platform.

You’ll work closely with engineering, design, and stakeholders to ensure we build the right things, in the right order, for real users in real businesses.

What You’ll Do

• Define and continuously refine the product strategy and roadmap
• Translate company vision into clear, actionable product initiatives
• Work closely with engineering and design to deliver high-quality features
• Conduct user research, interviews, and data analysis to inform decisions
• Prioritize features and initiatives based on impact, effort, and learning
• Balance short-term execution with long-term product vision
• Ensure product decisions are grounded in clarity, trust, and usability

• Experience defining product strategy and roadmaps for digital products
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Clear communication and structured thinking
• A strong product mindset: problem-first, user-centric, outcome-oriented
• Passion for building products that are useful, reliable, and well-designed

Bonus Points

• Experience with financial, accounting, or ERP software
• Familiarity with the Swiss business or regulatory market
• Experience managing or shipping AI-powered product features
• Interest in complex domains where correctness and trust matter
