ABOUT THE ROLE

The Product Manager will be responsible for developing tactical strategy and delivery plans. The role involves formulating practices to ensure the operational implementation and adoption of product development methodologies and delivery objectives.

MAIN DUTIES

The incumbent will manage the commercial health and infrastructure of the fleet product portfolio: • Commercial management: Accountable for managing the commercial performance (P&L) of the product across the product lifecycle to support high-level financial ambitions and balance sheet shape. • Product Management: Delivers a compelling and insights-led product proposition offering that aligns to and enables business and customer strategies. • Product Infrastructure: Accountable for the entire end-to-end infrastructure, including People, Process, and Technology, ensuring the product remains commercially viable and supports the target customer experience.

REQUIREMENTS

Applicants must meet the following educational and professional experience requirements: • Education: Bachelor’s Degrees and Advanced Diplomas in Business, Commerce, and Management Studies. • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience specifically in Fleet Product Management.
