What you'll do

• Develop and execute GTS strategy for European import/export declarations; maintain a responsive roadmap.
• Innovate compliance automation for EU and country codes, focusing mainly on Europe with global awareness.
• Serve as main contact between engineering, compliance, brokers, and customers.
• Build relationships with customs authorities and support sales and implementation.
• Gather and analyze stakeholder input; translate customs rules into specs and user stories.
• Ensure accurate localization and validate compliance of product.
• Represent customers in development, resolve escalated issues, and gather feedback.

What you bring

• 10 years in product management, trade compliance, and logistics.
• Extensive SAP GTS implementation.
• Managed complex portfolios and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of S/4HANA would be a plus.
• Expert in European customs, SAP GTS architecture, and data integration.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Fluent English; skilled in specifications and presentations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with other SAP trade compliance solutions.
• Customs/trade compliance background.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies, especially AI and regulatory change management.
• Prior interaction with customs authorities.
