Your responsibilities

  • Responsible for the entire product lifecycle management of products related to Sysmex's Immuno and Clinical Chemistry business within the EMEA region.
  • Plan and conduct product launch activities, coordination and communication, product setup process and documentation support.
  • Provide 2nd level support to affiliates and distributors and act as a key liaison with Sysmex Corporation and 3rd parties, focusing specifically on product related aspects.
  • Manage topics related to local product registrations, coordinate internal and external product verification/validation projects.
  • Support affiliates and distributors with pre‑sales support, product demonstrations and training (including at end‑user side).
  • Conduct advanced product trainings covering product strategy, positioning and segmentation.
  • Work closely with cross‑functional teams (Supply Chain Management, Marketing Communications, RA/QA, Legal, Finance, etc.) to ensure smooth operations.

Your profile

  • Degree in natural sciences, medical science, or a related field, with a solid understanding of Immunoassay and Clinical Chemistry IVD technologies.
  • 5+ years of healthcare industry experience, with a strong focus on product marketing, product management, or sales; deep knowledge of the Immunoassay and Clinical Chemistry IVD market is required.
  • Strong ability of cross‑functional communication in an international environment.
  • A creative, hands‑on team player with the ability to navigate complex situations and drive solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills in English; another language is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and problem‑solving abilities, with a structured, results‑oriented working style.
  • Willingness to travel within the EMEA region (up to 20%).
