In this role, you drive the end-to-end development and lifecycle of refractometers and polarimeters, aligning market needs with product strategy. You’ll collaborate with development, marketing and sales to shape innovative measurement solutions and manage budgets and trainings. The position involves international travel and close cross-functional work to translate customer insights into market-ready features. This is a chance to influence product direction in a high-tech, global environment.

Requirements

• Science, engineering, or technical-business degree or comparable qualification
• At least 5 years of B2B product management experience for technically demanding products
• Ideally sales or marketing experience
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 25%
• Strategic and analytical thinking with strong execution
• Pragmatic, confident communication and presentation skills in German and English
