About the Role

The Cash & Deposits team is elevating the customer cash experience by providing reliable and user-friendly cash balances that empower traders to manage their risk effectively. In this role, you will focus on enhancing the trustworthiness and usability of cash options, making cash easily applicable across trading, spending, and sending activities.

Responsibilities

• Leading product development for Cash and USDC offerings within the Coinbase app, improving existing features and exploring new possibilities.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, design, compliance, legal, and operations to implement the product roadmap.
• Launching innovative new products for Coinbase users related to cash management.
• Defining and analyzing key metrics to guide product development and enhance user experience.
• Aligning teams with a shared vision and steering execution across our brokerage platform.
• Communicating product plans, progress, benefits, and functionalities clearly to partners, executive leadership, and customers.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years in product management, ideally within regulated brokerage and FinTech sectors.
• Extensive expertise in Fintech Banking, DeFi Banking, and/or cash management products.
• Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven leadership skills with experience guiding product strategy and collaboration with senior partners.
• An entrepreneurial spirit capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• A commitment to building a reliable and scalable platform with risk mitigation at its core.
• The ability to translate complex technical and regulatory requirements into intuitive, user-friendly products.
• A demonstrated passion for retail investing, financial markets, and the Coinbase mission.
• Experience responsibly using generative AI tools in daily workflows and adapting to evolving technologies to drive efficiency and quality improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

• A unique blend of expertise in both fintech and DeFi to create compelling crypto-based cash offerings.

Pay Transparency Notice: The target annual base salary for this position ranges from $180,370 to $212,200 USD, based on location, along with potential equity, bonuses, and benefits.
