Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and capitalize on significant near and long-term opportunities within a major Product area, driving product mission, strategies, and roadmaps that align with broader organizational objectives.
  • Generate consensus across departments and clarify ambiguous opportunities, consistently demonstrating proactivity and execution with minimal oversight.
  • Evaluate the use of AI critically, determining when it is the best solution and setting standards for thorough trade-off analyses.
  • Convert AI capabilities into compelling, differentiated product visions that redefine market categories.
  • Advocate for AI-native strategies, implementing data strategies that promote continuous improvement across the organization.
  • Collaborate with engineers and designers to drive product development while ensuring team well-being.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to align on product mission, define requirements, coordinate resources, develop roadmaps, and guide the team through critical milestones.
  • Revolutionize workflows by leveraging AI tools to enhance organizational efficiency and capability.

  • Communicate complex and technical concepts effectively, adapting the level of detail according to the audience (cross-functional partners, executives, engineering, etc.).
  • Understand Meta's strategic goals and ensure product alignment with our mission and high industry standards.
  • Define and analyze metrics for product success, tracking performance indicators and driving decisions based on user insights and quantitative analysis.
  • Design experiments and interpret results, using AI to inform strategic product decisions.
  • Conduct evaluations to analyze model outputs at scale, establishing evaluation as a key capability for AI-enhanced experiences.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proven ability to utilize AI-enabled tools to create product artifacts at scale.
  • Over 10 years of experience collaborating with engineering, design, and user research teams.
  • 10+ years in product management and/or product design roles.
  • Experience in developing and advocating AI-native strategies across diverse teams.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Proven track record navigating the complete product life cycle and integrating customer feedback into requirements.
  • Experience delivering presentations to executive audiences.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in building AI-native products, platform products, or marketplaces from the ground up.
  • Background in a consumer-focused technology company.
  • Demonstrated success in implementing AI best practices organization-wide.
  • Proven ability to integrate AI tools to redesign workflows and achieve measurable outcomes.
  • Experience with responsible and ethical AI practices, including risk assessment and bias mitigation.
  • Commitment to continuous AI skill development and keeping abreast of emerging technologies.

Compensation

$205,000/year to $277,000/year plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
