We prioritize an inclusive and welcoming workplace, where everyone feels valued and inspired to bring their authentic selves to work. If you share our passion for innovation and improving the job-seeking experience, we want to hear from you!

Your Role

The Lifecycle Core team of the Employer Jobs Platform (EJP) plays a critical role in building the essential technology that enables employers to create, manage, and publish job listings. Your focus will be on the core job lifecycle infrastructure. You will work autonomously to steer the product's direction, engaging closely with engineering, data science, and other product teams to achieve significant outcomes for both employers and job seekers. This role is ideal for someone with a strong curiosity about technology, who can navigate complex systems while keeping an eye on customer satisfaction and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with engineering teams to prioritize and manage product roadmaps, driving the vision forward efficiently.
  • Effectively communicate the roadmap and product plans to gain alignment with leadership and team members.
  • Act as the customer advocate within the organization, championing their needs and requirements.
  • Establish and track product goals and metrics for success.
  • Rapidly iterate to launch new features and use data-driven insights to evaluate their effectiveness.
  • Provide clear updates on roadmap progress to leadership and stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 3 years with a Master's; or a PhD without prior experience; equivalent experience considered.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience collaborating with engineers to plan and develop product features.
  • A data-driven mindset that guides decision-making.
  • A foundational understanding of APIs, data systems, and distributed architecture concepts; technical knowledge is a plus, but you'll need sufficient curiosity to engage in discussions about system architecture.
