Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of the SecureRelease product through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Analyze consumer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships, considering both ROI and build vs. buy scenarios.
• Evaluate competitor offerings to identify differentiation opportunities.
• Develop and implement product requirements and programs to ensure product success.
• Create and maintain production timelines across multiple departments.
• Conduct extensive research to drive the execution of the SecureRelease product, including market analysis, product planning, positioning, and launch.
• Translate product strategies into detailed requirements for engineering teams.
• Draft product strategy documents that cover business cases, technical requirements, and ROI considerations.
• Utilize market data to formulate sales strategies and outline product objectives for effective marketing plans.
• Work closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams to ensure coordinated product development and success.
• Develop compelling product positioning and messaging that highlights our unique features for target market segments.
• Oversee the management and delivery of Release Notes and client notifications, as well as scheduling product deployments.
• Prioritize feature requests and manage the related queue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in product design or engineering.
• Significant experience in a dynamic product management role.
• Proven ability to manage all aspects of the product development lifecycle.
• Exceptional skills in cross-functional team management.
• Demonstrated success in developing effective product marketing strategies.
• Excellent writing, editing, presentation, and public speaking skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in product design or engineering.
• Experience in software and web development.
• Previous role as a product developer in a non-managerial capacity.
