Product Manager For Real Estate (Construction & Specifications)

• *Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly knowledgeable and detail-oriented **Product Manager** with a strong Civil Engineering background and in-depth understanding of residential real estate construction. The candidate should possess expertise in construction materials, finishing specifications, and overall product quality to effectively define, present, and differentiate our residential offerings such as houses, bungalows, and villas. • *Key Responsibilities:** • Develop and define detailed product specifications for residential projects including villas, bungalows, and independent houses. • Possess thorough knowledge of **construction materials**, including cement, steel, concrete, tiles, marble, etc. • Evaluate and finalize **flooring specifications** (tiles, marble, granite quality and standards). • Define and ensure quality of **kitchen fittings**, **bathroom fittings**, and sanitary ware (brands, durability, finish, usability). • Assess and specify **electrical fittings** (wiring, switches, fixtures, safety standards). • Oversee quality of **doors, windows, handles, and fixtures** (materials, finish, durability). • Work closely with design, procurement, and execution teams to maintain high-quality standards. • Create detailed product presentations and documentation to clearly communicate quality benchmarks to internal teams and customers. • Benchmark company products against competitors and highlight differentiators in quality and specifications. • Assist Sales & Marketing teams with technical product explanations and client presentations. • Ensure all deliverables meet industry standards, safety norms, and customer expectations. • *Key Skills & Competencies:** • Strong technical knowledge of **residential construction and materials** • Ability to explain and present technical specifications in a clear and professional manner • Eye for detail and quality benchmarking • Strong coordination and communication skills • Vendor and material evaluation expertise • Understanding of latest trends in real estate construction and fittings • *Preferred Candidate Profile:** • B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory) • Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate/construction industry • Prior experience in **product specification, quality control, or project execution** • Strong knowledge of premium and standard construction materials and fittings • Ability to differentiate product quality at micro and macro levels
