About
As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our Foreign Exchange Service offerings. Your primary focus will be on understanding customer needs, market trends, and industry best practices to create innovative and competitive FES products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including technology, operations, and sales, to ensure the successful launch and management of these products.
Responsibilities
- Lead the product development lifecycle for FES products, from concept to launch and beyond.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor products to identify gaps and opportunities.
- Define product requirements and create detailed product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with technology teams to design and develop user-friendly, efficient FES solutions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies throughout the product lifecycle.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and gather feedback to refine and improve FES products.
- Monitor product performance and customer feedback, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new FES products, working closely with the sales team.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, with a strong preference for a Master's degree.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record in the financial services industry.
- Deep understanding of foreign exchange markets, products, and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to make data‑driven decisions.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
- Experience in Agile product development methodologies is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in using product management tools and techniques, including roadmapping and user story creation.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
