About
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Product Manager to lead the development and lifecycle management of our gastroenterology portfolio.
In this role you will be responsible for a portfolio of capital products within our Gastroenterology portfolio including video endoscopy systems, gastroscopes, enteroscopes and associated peripheral devices.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product strategies aligned with company goals and market needs.
- Lead cross-functional teams including R&D, marketing, regulatory, and sales to deliver innovative solutions.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to identify opportunities.
- Manage product lifecycle from concept through launch and post-market activities.
- Collaborate with regulatory and compliance teams to ensure products meet all standards.
- Drive go-to-market strategies and support sales enablement.
- Monitor product performance and implement improvements based on feedback and market trends.
- Lead on the company’s customer facing activities at key congresses, events and courses where appropriate
- Support for tender, bids and framework agreement submissions
- Coordinate product introductions, including effective and professional communication of product position, key sales messages, marketing strategy and competitive environment to the sales teams and company through written communication and presenting in informal and formal environments
- Responsible for management of the product discontinuation process including ensuring effective communication to internal and external customers.
Your qualification
- Minimum 12 months experience in product management, marketing or sales
- Prior experience of working in a clinical environment would be advantageous but is not essential
- Previous experience of Customer Concern/Compliance Management is desirable
- Previous events management experience would be useful
- Clear and concise written and spoken communication skills
- Analytical approach with the ability to present complex information in a structured, simple and balanced way
- Strong team working skills and a collaborative, inclusive approach
