About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct strategic business and competitive analysis to assess industry trends and product differentiation
- Manage end-to-end product portfolio, including roadmap definition, lifecycle management, and pricing strategies
- Support product launches and R&D initiatives, ensuring alignment with market needs and corporate strategy
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical experience in retail EAS and/or RFID
- Electrical/Electronics based degree; MBA is advantageous
- Strong industry knowledge and technical awareness of products
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Experience in product management and marketing
