Join our dynamic team as a Product Manager focused on enhancing digital products for the healthcare sector. In this role, you will be pivotal in the Medical Education and Medical Practice (MEMP) product team, reporting directly to the Associate Director of Product Management. You'll take charge of refining existing digital solutions for healthcare learners, clinicians, and medical documentation professionals. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive Product Manager with hands-on experience in managing product features, roadmaps, and financial performance. You will work closely with senior product leaders to shape longer-term strategies while executing your initiatives to drive adoption, retention, and measurable impact.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct in-depth customer, market, and UX research (interviews, surveys, usability testing) to identify user workflows, understand pain points, and analyze what drives purchase and retention.
  • Own and maintain product roadmaps for assigned products while leveraging product metrics and research to ensure alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior product leaders to develop long-term product strategies by synthesizing data into actionable insights and prioritizing recommendations for new investments.
  • Own and manage the business plan and P&L for assigned existing products, overseeing revenue forecasts, expense planning, and performance tracking.
  • Work closely with UX, engineering, marketing, and customer-facing teams to implement product enhancements from concept to launch. Translate product ideas into user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with the Product Owner.
  • Support go-to-market and launch planning, including the development of sales support tools, and conducting post-launch analysis by tracking usage, customer feedback, and performance metrics.
  • Keep a close eye on competitive offerings and market trends, using this information to inform and drive incremental product improvements.
  • Manage project schedules, goals, and dependencies effectively; coordinate cross-functional initiatives and regularly report status updates to your supervisor and key stakeholders.
  • Act as the subject matter expert on product features and value proposition; present effectively to sales teams and occasionally to customers, clearly articulating positioning within the Medical Education and Medical Practice suite.
