Job Description

Are you passionate about configuration management and bill of materials coordination? As an MBOM Manager (F/H), you will play a key role in optimizing industrial processes and managing production bills of materials!

Your Work Environment

Within ArianeGroup's Industrial Directorate, the "Solid Rocket Motors" production unit based at the Candale site in Saint Médard en Jalles, you will join a dynamic team composed of 7 entities, including Production Engineering services to which you will report, Production Control, Inspection, and 4 AIT workshops. Your mission will be crucial for the industrialization and manufacturing of our strategic launchers.

Your Missions

• Contribute to the implementation and animation of co-engineering approaches for eBOM/MBOM with the Technical and Industrial Directorates to ensure proper consideration of requirements associated with the industrial production cycle management.
• Build and decline the "As-to-be built" configuration through forward-looking or definitive production bills of materials (MBOM) in TeamCenter, and ensure their integration into SAP by verifying consistency between TeamCenter and SAP.
• Ensure the architectural consistency of the MBOM at the stage level, from the EBOM in PLM to the MBOMs in SAP, for all manufactured or purchased parts in coordination with production method engineers.
• Inform the configuration manager of the progress of MBOM evolution implementation in TeamCenter.
• Alert in case of risks and create a collaborative context for configured items (CI), with options/variants and effectiveness.
• Manage applicability and variants between configured elements.
• Contribute to the processing of part evolution requests: inform the industrial manager (IL) of the impacts on workload and potential delays resulting from the implementation of the evolution request.
• Quickly implement decided evolutions in the MBOM at the correct application level.
• Approve the forward-looking MBOM and transfer it to SAP.
• Work in close collaboration with SCDAs (Supply Chain Data Architect) and RBOM Managers assigned to the scope to achieve the entrusted objectives.
• Participate in the construction of indicators and implement reporting to verify collective maturity regarding the targeted practices and adherence to project objectives for MBOM construction or updates.

• Engineering degree

Experience

• First successful experience in a similar industry (Aeronautics, Defense, …)

Technical Skills

• Mastery of Configuration Management and Bill of Materials Management
• Knowledge of PLM and ERP required (TeamCenter and SAP would be a plus)
• Experience in project management and managing multiple interfaces
• Knowledge of Supply Chain desired

About the Haillan Site

Located near the Bordeaux metropolis, the Haillan site brings together over 1000 employees working on state-of-the-art facilities for our defense and civil activities. Upon arrival, you will have the opportunity to visit some of them. The site has a company restaurant, sports facilities shared with other Aquitaine sites, and a dynamic CSE with numerous associative sections and associated benefits.

Launches managed by Arianespace are broadcast on site, and a museum explaining the history of Ariane and the specificities of parts produced at Haillan is also open and freely accessible.

The site is located in the Bordeaux AeroParc. The '5 Chemins' stop for buses N°11, 30, 39, and 84 is located in front of the site. A secure car/motorcycle parking is also available for all employees.
