Job Description

Your Mission

As part of a 4-month fixed-term contract, you play a central role in the design, development, and evolution of our products and services.

At the crossroads of business, operations, and technology, you directly contribute to the performance and innovation of our offerings.

What You'll Do

• You design new services for national and international markets, build associated business cases and structure processes. As a true conductor, you coordinate internal teams (Operations, Network, Sales, Marketing, Tech) and manage product launches.
• You act as Product Owner for commercial offers: product evolution, validation of operational changes and continuous improvement of the value proposition. You also work with the Pricing team to adjust pricing policies and maximize economic performance.
• You actively participate in strategic projects as a product expert, collaborate with international counterparts and contribute to the construction of global solutions.
• In contact with clients, you intervene during meetings, webinars or training sessions to promote offers and gather field feedback. You analyze the market and competition to identify innovation opportunities.
• Finally, you ensure the consistency of commercial documentation (contracts, offers, conditions), contribute to the dissemination of product knowledge and support Sales teams in the proper appropriation of offers.

Qualifications

Ideal Profile

• You have significant experience in product or service development, ideally in a logistics, e-commerce, or technology environment.
• You are recognized for your project management skills, your leadership, and your ability to work transversally with various stakeholders.
• Structured, analytical, and business-oriented, you know how to manage multiple projects in parallel in a dynamic environment.
• You have excellent interpersonal skills and master English, essential for working in an international context.
