Focus on the Product Pole 💻

Our product team supports our clients in maximizing the product value of their applications by creating innovative, robust, and useful digital products for their clients, users, or employees.

Our Product Managers embody a pivotal role at the crossroads of five expertise areas: discovery, design, delivery, strategy, and data/AI.

The Product pole forms a community where mutual aid, feedback, and training are the main pillars. This community aims to grow all its members and encourages sharing (monthly product meetings, training, etc.).

Your Role

As a Product Manager, you will hold a versatile role, acting as Product Owner, QA, Data Analyst, Designer, and Product Marketing Manager. Your main missions include:

🔎 Discovery

  • Identify and qualify user problems and propose adapted solutions.
  • Collect and prioritize Product improvements based on team and user feedback.
  • Collect data to identify user needs and pain points.

📦 Delivery

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather their needs, write specifications, and ensure deliverable quality.
  • Facilitate the design and improvement of product features by working with the development and design team.
  • Prioritize sprints, test before delivery, support the development team in building technical solutions, organize GO/NOGO decisions...

📢 Strategy and Communication

  • Build trusting relationships with stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Organize your team's work to maximize the value delivered to users and the company.
  • Communicate transparently and in a timely manner.
  • Implement key performance indicators to track product performance.
  • Contribute to the product's continuous improvement strategy.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Bac+5).
  • Knowledge in web or mobile development.
  • 4 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Curiosity, strong communication skills, organization, perseverance, and high standards.
  • Humility and empathy towards your users/clients.
  • Pragmatism and adaptability to different contexts.
  • Motivation and leadership.
  • Developed writing and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to invest and join a fast-growing company.
