About Us

5 Degrés Bordeaux is a human-sized consulting agency specializing in digital products. Based in Bordeaux for over two years, we support clients from various sectors (banking/insurance, e-commerce, aeronautics, energy, games and entertainment) in both B2B and B2C. Organized into five practices, we cover the entire digital product creation chain: Product Management, Product Design, Product Development, Product Quality, Product Data.

Our ambition: to become a key player in Product in Bordeaux and beyond, by helping our clients transform their organizations and gain product maturity.

To achieve this, we are looking for a Product Manager with tech/data skills to join our Product Management practice and work with our clients.

Responsibilities

As a Product Manager, you know how to:

  • Structure and manage the product roadmap in alignment with strategic program objectives and business priorities.
  • Ensure the consistency and prioritization of the backlog, coordinating smoothly between functional needs and technical constraints.
  • Lead and unite teams around the product vision.
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating needs into clear, actionable objectives.
  • Support product maturity growth by disseminating best practices, clarifying roles, and fostering team autonomy.
  • Monitor performance and delivered value by measuring adoption, quality, and business/technical impacts.
  • Actively contribute to agile transformation by supporting the development of a true product culture in an environment undergoing acculturation.
  • Strong appetite for AI: active monitoring and experimentation of productivity-enhancing tools, with the ability to share these practices within the team.

Qualifications

Profile sought:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Product Management for complex digital products focused on Data/AI.
  • Mastery of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and ability to navigate matrix, multi-team environments.
  • Ability to simplify, engage, and convince technical stakeholders while maintaining the overall product vision.
  • Experience in change management, structuring, and upskilling teams.
  • Proficiency with product management tools (Jira, Confluence, Miro, etc.).
  • Fluent English.
  • Ideally from an engineering school, possessing a strong technical affinity and a natural ability to leverage data.
