Product Manager HPC

Overview

In this role you define and manage the China HPC product portfolio, focusing on liquid cooled charging guns and cooling solutions to secure competitiveness and market leadership. You will bridge market needs with engineering execution, guiding strategy, lifecycle management, and launch excellence in alignment with China demand and global product plans. You’ll tackle portfolio strategy, VOC-driven requirements, development oversight, and lifecycle cost and quality management, while collaborating in a global matrix organization. Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field
• Strong understanding of EV charging systems, particularly GB/T and high voltage/high current standards
• Solid product management experience in automotive, power electronics, connectors, or electro mechanical devices
• Strong leadership without authority; ability to drive cross-functional alignment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and strategic mindset
• English proficiency; Chinese native or fluent
• Ability to work in a global matrix organization
• Strong market orientation; customer-centric mindset
