Product Manager I - App Product

Role Overview: You will be a Product Owner at Paytm, responsible for enabling the delivery of high-quality financial/payment products in a fast-paced and creative environment. Your role will involve working closely with business heads and engineering partners to drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution of a product area to build high-quality products/systems. Your focus will be on understanding consumer pain points, defining product roadmap and strategy, and finding new ways to acquire users both inside and outside the Paytm ecosystem.

Qualifications Required: - Master's or Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience from a top college. - At least 3 years of experience in Product Management. - Possess superior organization, communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. - Must be a proven performer and team player who enjoys challenging assignments in a high-energy, fast-growing startup environment. - Be a self-starter who can work well with minimal guidance and in a fluid environment.
