📌 Role Overview

Lead and operationalize Dynatrace’s Privacy‑by‑Design program across product development and business operations. Act as the primary bridge between Compliance and R&D, embedding privacy principles into every stage of the platform’s lifecycle while ensuring global regulatory compliance and building customer trust.

🎓 Required Experience & Skills

Must‑Have Details
Experience 2+ years in privacy, compliance, IT security, or product/program management within a SaaS/enterprise‑software environment.
Privacy Knowledge Deep understanding of GDPR, CCPA, ISO 27701, NIST‑Privacy, and the concept of Privacy‑by‑Design.
SDLC Familiarity Ability to map privacy controls onto agile development processes and tooling (e.g., JIRA, CI/CD pipelines).
Stakeholder Management Strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills across multidisciplinary teams.
Analytical Mindset Ability to translate regulatory language into actionable technical requirements and measurable KPIs.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of privacy and privacy by design frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, ISO 27701, NIST Privacy).
  • Good understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle and tooling.
  • Experience with privacy engineering, data governance, or security-by-design practices.
