Our continuous growth opens new opportunities. To strengthen our Product Management team, we are looking for a Core Product Manager (m/f/d) who actively drives technological innovations and strategically develops our pump solutions for demanding applications, such as in mining.

In this role, you will take on global responsibility and be in close contact with international customers, sales partners, and internal interfaces. You will accompany innovations from idea to market launch and beyond – regularly on-site with customers worldwide.

Your Future Tasks

• Market and competitor analysis, as well as monitoring
• Driving product and portfolio innovations
• Discussing portfolio expansions and supporting them throughout the entire product lifecycle
• Ensuring the correct and market-oriented implementation of development processes and methods in projects in close coordination with the specialist departments
• Interface function between the departments Project Management, Production, R&D, Sales & Service
• Global support for sales/service teams
• Conducting product training, internally and on-site with customers

What You Bring With You

• Completed degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or an equivalent technical degree
• 3 years of professional experience in product management, as well as several years of professional experience
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and solution orientation
• Structured, independent way of working with a high quality awareness
• High resilience to stress and motivation for worldwide business trips (approx. 1x per quarter)
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting within the framework of change processes
• Open personality and hands-on mentality
