Siit is the AI-native service desk for IT and internal ops teams. We help companies automate the requests that slow everyone down — app access, onboarding, device management — directly from Slack and Teams. We're a small, fast-moving team with real customers, real ARR, and a product that's genuinely changing how IT teams work. You'd be joining early enough to see how product decisions actually get made — not in a 500-person org, but in a team where your work ships in weeks.

About the role

You'll work directly with Product team and the founders on active roadmap initiatives — from customer discovery to delivery. You'll talk to real users, write specs, track metrics, and present your findings to the team. By the end of your internship, you'll have shipped something.

What you'll do

• Discovery: Talk to customers — IT admins, HR ops leads — and turn what you hear into structured problem statements and product insights
• Delivery support: Work alongside engineers and designers in the PDE triad — write user stories, manage backlog items, track delivery on your scope
• Data & metrics: Build and maintain dashboards in Metabase to track feature adoption, activation rates, and automation metrics — including investor-facing views
• AI-powered tooling: Build internal tools to automate recurring product tasks — research synthesis, competitive analysis, customer feedback clustering
• GTM support: Help prepare release notes, internal documentation, and product communications for new features
• Roadmap input: Synthesize signal from support, CS, and sales into clear, prioritized recommendations

About you

• Currently in a gap year or end-of-studies internship (engineering school, business school, or equivalent)
• Curious, organized, and fast — you don't wait to be told what to do next
• Strong written communication — you write clearly in both French and English
• Comfortable with data — SQL or Metabase a plus, but analytical mindset is the baseline
• Actively uses AI tools in your daily work — not as a novelty, as a real productivity multiplier
• Genuine interest in B2B SaaS, IT tools, or automation products

Nice to have

• First product or startup experience (side project, previous internship)
• Familiarity with Notion, Linear, or similar PM tooling
• Basic Python or no-code automation experience
