Product Manager (Internal Tools / Platform)

Job Summary

We are looking for a product-minded Product Manager with strong experience in building and scaling internal tools or platform-based products, preferably including Content Management Systems (CMS). The ideal candidate is data-driven, technically sound, and user-focused, with the ability to manage the product lifecycle end-to-end and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery, definition to delivery and iteration.
• Define product vision, roadmap, and strategy for internal tools and platforms.
• Use data-driven insights (KPIs, metrics, analytics) to prioritize features and measure success.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, design, and business teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Create and maintain product documentation PRDs, user stories, roadmaps, and release notes.
• Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
• Balance user needs, business priorities, and technical feasibility in decision-making.
• Advocate for user experience and internal users, ensuring high usability of tools.
• Track product performance and drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management.
• Experience with internal tools / platform products / CMS.
• Strong data-driven decision-making and product analytics experience.
• Technical understanding of APIs, system integrations, and product architecture.
• Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) or similar platforms.
• Exposure to customer experience, travel, or service tools.
• Experience working with internal operational tools or support teams.
• Strong collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
