Product Manager IT Infrastructure & Services

Your role in the team

• You assume comprehensive responsibility for your products throughout their entire lifecycle - from conception through operation to further development or replacement.
• With a focus on the future and the market, you develop product strategies, roadmaps, releases, as well as new product and service packages.
• As a commercially-minded executive, you create business cases, develop pricing models, and manage budget and forecast processes in close coordination with the Finance & Legal department.
• In close collaboration with internal stakeholders, you steer product developments and coordinate project managers, architects, as well as solution and operations managers.
• Ensure a stable and secure operation through active capacity, license, and billing management, as well as clearly defined service level agreements.
• Through continuous market and competitive analyses, you position your products clearly and develop compelling added values for our customers and sales.
• In terms of governance and compliance, you are responsible for data protection, security, and quality requirements along the product responsibility.
• Furthermore, you ensure sustainable expertise by identifying critical dependencies with external partners and establishing appropriate measures.

What we offer

• Depending on the level of education and relevant professional experience, the annual gross salary according to the BRZ collective agreement starts from EUR 83,155.94 when the full requirements profile is met.
• This salary indication refers to a full-time position of 38.5 hours per week, including a monthly overtime allowance of 10 hours.
• Additional performance provided will be compensated.
• With several years of professional experience, overpayment may be possible depending on the specific qualifications.

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge in Business Analysis, Requirements Analysis, and end-to-end product responsibility.
• Extensive expertise in developing Business Cases and Pricing Strategies
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on mentality
• Excellent German language skills in spoken and written form

Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in IT product management or IT project management
• Ideally, experience in leading and coordinating (virtual) teams.

Education

• Completed technical education (HTL, FH, or university)
