Your Role

In this role, you will enter the international product management for electromechanical joining system solutions and take responsibility for your own areas of responsibility early on. You will work closely with experienced Product Managers as well as Development, Innovation Lab, and Sales, and will be specifically developed to take on a central role in the product portfolio in the future. The position is aimed at high-performing graduates and candidates with initial professional experience (approx. 0-3 years) who are characterized by high self-motivation, a quick grasp, and the ambition to drive things forward actively.

Your typical day

• You analyze markets, competitors, and technology trends and derive well-founded and actionable recommendations for action.
• You actively participate in the strategic further development of our product portfolio in the area of joining system solutions.
• You accompany products throughout their entire lifecycle and take responsibility for your own areas of responsibility early on.
• During product launches, you work closely with sales and gain direct insight into international customer projects.
• You support the development of pricing strategies as well as business cases and profitability analyses.
• You create compelling presentations and decision-making bases for various stakeholders.
• You present yourself confidently at trade fairs, events, and customer appointments and continuously develop your market understanding.
• You also contribute your own ideas and drive topics forward independently.

Your profile

• You have successfully completed a degree in a technical field (e.g. mechanical engineering, automation technology, process engineering) - ideally with very good results.
• You have gained initial professional experience, preferably in a demanding technical or commercial environment.
• You are characterized by a quick grasp, analytical thinking and a high standard of quality.
• You like to take responsibility, work independently and proactively drive topics forward.
• You think entrepreneurially, question existing things and develop your own solution approaches.
• You convince with strong communication skills, a confident demeanor and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration.
• You communicate confidently in German and well in English, both written and spoken.
• You see international travel (approx. 20-30%) as an opportunity for professional and personal development.
