Product Manager Klebstoffe (m/w/d) – 100 %

Your Tasks – Design, Decide, Drive

• Development and implementation of assortment and product strategies that actively shape the market
• Identification of market trends, potentials, and new application possibilities
• Responsibility for the entire product management process – from the initial concept to successful market launch, always with a focus on customer benefit
• Close cooperation with sales, application technology, marketing, and development
• Continuous analysis of competition, market, and customer needs for portfolio development
• Planning and implementation of product launches

Your Profile – Personality with the Will to Shape

• Technical or scientific education/studies; additional training in product management and/or marketing is an advantage
• Several years of experience in product management, ideally in the field of adhesives, chemicals, or related technologies
• Good technical understanding and practical application competence in adhesive processes
• Experience in the development and implementation of product strategies; demonstrable results are desirable
• Analytical, structured way of working
• Strong communication skills, team-oriented, and confident in dealing with internal and external stakeholders
• Very good German skills; English is actively used (international group)
