About Pradini

We are building the lifestyle mobility brand for Africa's premium guest. Pradini is where moving feels like arriving. Every trip is a moment. Every guest is a member of something they want to belong to.

Our marketplace connects premium guests with vetted vehicles, hosts, and chauffeurs across Lagos. We went live in production in March 2026 and we are building toward something bigger than trips.

We are also building a brand. A real one. The kind people wear, post, gift, and recognize each other through. That is where you come in.

The Role

We are hiring a Product Manager to own two of the most important muscles of the Pradini brand. How our members feel about us. And what they carry of us into the world.

You will design and ship our loyalty program from scratch. You will own our merchandise strategy across every touchpoint. You will work with consultants, designers, engineers, and the founder directly. You will help define what it means to be a Pradini member, and what the Pradini lifestyle looks like in the real world.

Specifically you will:

  • Build our loyalty program from zero. Status tiers, earning, redemption, partner perks, the full picture. Think Marriott Bonvoy meets Amex Membership Rewards meets Sephora Beauty Insider, designed for Lagos.
  • Own our merchandise strategy end to end. Drop calendars, brand collabs, unit economics, supply chain, channel. Think Stanley meets Aime Leon Dore, with a Pradini lens.
  • Build the moments. Elite welcome experiences, surprise gifting, member only drops, founder dinners, tier upgrades that feel like real life events.
  • Work with our brand and design team to make every member touchpoint feel premium.
  • Partner with engineering to ship loyalty mechanics that run on real infrastructure, not slide decks.
  • Tell the story. Member acquisition, drop launches, brand collabs all need a strong narrative arc.

Who You Are

  • 2 to 5 years of product management experience, ideally in a consumer brand, marketplace, hospitality, or lifestyle company
  • You think member experience first, mechanics second. The how matters but the moment matters more.
  • You hold strong opinions and stay open to harder ones. You ask better questions than you make claims.
  • You can stretch across loyalty (data, retention, financial modeling) and merch (creative, brand, supply chain). Most PMs lean one way. You enjoy both.
  • You know how to work with consultants and external experts. You can extract their expertise without inheriting their conclusions.
  • You ship. You hold yourself to outcomes, not output.
  • You write well. Tier names, drop stories, member emails. Words matter here.
  • You are based in Lagos or comfortable operating on Lagos time and rhythm.

Bonus Points

  • You have launched a loyalty program before or worked closely on one (Amex, Uber, Marriott, Sephora, Starbucks, banking, retail, hospitality, mobility)
  • You have shipped merch, drops, or branded physical goods at any scale
  • You have worked on a brand collab with an international partner
  • You have lived in Lagos long enough to understand the rhythm
