Product Manager (m/f/d) for Construction Trade Solutions (HW/SW), Engineering

About

In this role you own end-to-end development of measurement and layout solutions for construction trades, shaping products from concept to delivery. You collaborate across Sales, Marketing, R&D and customers to translate needs into features and roadmaps. You will test hardware/software with customers, demo and train users, and support the worldwide sales network. This position blends hardware and software to drive data-driven construction workflows.

Responsibilities

• Proven experience of at least 5 years in product management
• University degree in engineering construction or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Knowledge of construction trade-specific measurement tools (HW/SW) and processes
• Entrepreneurial mindset: customer-oriented, pragmatic, solution-driven
• Structured, pragmatic, end-to-end project execution
• Effective communication to different audiences
• Direct customer engagement for workflow analysis
• Ability to turn market requirements into MVPs and technical specs
• Affinity for software, software development, and process tools
• Fluent German and business English
