Product Manager (m/f/d) - Ward Automation - Pyxis ES Solutions

Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of the EMEA product portfolio strategies including value proposition, positioning, product promotion, pricing and portfolio lifecycle management.
  • In conjunction with the country marketing teams, develop market specific strategies and tactics for our software solutions to ensure that BD MMS Dispensing is well positioned for success.
  • Develop and maintain expert market knowledge in terms of quantitative data (e.g. market data, market trends, competitor offering) and qualitative data (e.g. customer needs, technologies and applications.
  • Develop and implement new product launch campaigns, aligning with market specific strategies and coordinating launch activities with all relevant stakeholders.
  • Support the Sales team with product information as the main Subject Matter Expert and contribute to product training initiatives on a regular basis.
  • Develop promotional material / marketing collateral and tools which will deliver key messages, positioning and reflect brand essence.
  • Develop and maintain a competitive intelligence database for your portfolio.
  • Identify, evaluate and develop Key Opinion Leader (KOL) plan and network in conjunction with Clinical & Medical functions.
  • Develop and support market research activities (Voice of Customer) and Post Market Surveillance studies.
  • Conduct regular customer visits to develop deep understanding of the key market requirements / customer unmet needs.
  • Support with the evaluation and priotarization of Interfacing and Integration requirements in different markets and support the engagement with 3rd parties to plan and enable collaborations.
  • Ensures budgets and schedules meet business requirements
  • Responsible to identify and understand customer enhancement request and articulate these to the platform team.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Healthcare software marketing experience strongly preferred
  • Understanding of workflows in hospitals / medication management practice preferred
  • Ability to translate market complexities and clinical information into marketing strategies and programs
  • Market development competency with ability to develop and implement clinical and economic value propositions
  • Strong communications and presentation skills
  • Results focused
  • Accountability and willingness to make decisions
  • Self-motivated with a desire for self-development

Additional Qualifications:

  • Strong strategic marketing skills, 5-7 years, incl. demonstrated success in market development
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Management
  • Degree in Pharmacy preferred
  • Good strategic marketing skills, including demonstrated success in launching new products / preferably software solutions
  • Fluent in English. A further major European language would be an advantage
  • Prepared to work away from home for up to 40% of the time
