About Us

Cofinity-X GmbH is based in Cologne and was founded in 2023. It is a joint venture of BASF, BMW Group, Henkel, Mercedes-Benz, SAP, Schaeffler, Siemens, T-Systems, Volkswagen and ZF. The vision of Cofinity-X is to run an open marketplace for the provision of own and third-party business applications and further services that enable secured and standardized data transfer along the automotive value chain in accordance with the Gaia-X and Catena-X principles with initial focus on the European market.

Your Mission

• Join the Product Management team responsible for the product portfolio management and product discovery process to ensure the marketability of our solutions
• As product manager (m/f/x) you will look after our portfolio to refine Cofinity-X' product roadmap to ensure our offerings are in line with customer and market requirements
• Analysis of market potential and competitors to make sure we can stay ahead of the curve and offer what matters to our customers
• Manage business plans for our products and develop assess financial viability for new products together with our finance team
• Planning, conception and delivery of new products in alignment with our agile software delivery organization; contribute to our PI-planning process to prioritize the most desired features to scale the Catena-X ecosystem
• Collaborate with our go to market and sales specialists to create compelling marketing assets to successfully position our product & services across various channels.
• Carry out ad-hoc analyses and communicate results in an understandable manner to the relevant stakeholders; we have a flat hierarchy, and your voice will be heard

Your Profile

• At least 3-5 years of professional experience in the above-mentioned area or in a comparable environment
• Bachelor/Master Degree or equivalents in Business Adminstration, Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or related field
• Ideally experience in strategy consulting with 2-3 years of professional experience in this field
• You have a strategic mindset and conceptual strength to analyze complex business problems and develop innovative solutions
• You have very good analytical skills to analyze data and gain insights that contribute to the development of business strategies and decisions
• You work independently and in a structured manner and make independent decisions to successfully implement projects
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and data visualization
• Very good English language skills
• Hands-on mentality, interest and experience in SaaS, Software, Data Tech, Start-Up environment
