About
You will directly influence the digital and strategic orientation of the Lucerne administration and operate in a highly complex, transversal role at the service and department management level, with clear end-to-end responsibility for a business-critical platform, whose value creation, economic steering, and sustainable further development you will significantly be responsible for.
Your Tasks
- As the strategically responsible person, you will continuously develop the product vision of the Microsoft 365 platform and ensure that innovation capability, digital sovereignty, and regulatory compliance are guaranteed at the highest level, including ownership for business value, TCO, and sustainable value creation.
- With a holistic view, you will manage the entire product lifecycle and orchestrate investments, resources, and complex dependencies between services, applications, and regulatory requirements, including prioritization of capital allocation and ensuring economic target achievement at the portfolio level.
- In a shaping key role, you will conceptualize an integrated, service-oriented operating model and build governance structures, role architectures, and binding guidelines that enable a high-performing and resilient platform organization, including defining clear decision-making rights, control logics, and escalation mechanisms with company-wide validity.
- As a transformation driver, you will further develop historically grown structures into an end-to-end responsible service organization with measurable impact on efficiency, scalability, and performance. At the same time, you will sustainably anchor a lean-agile leadership, control, and delivery culture through the targeted development of managers, product owners, and teams.
- You will ensure strategic alignment with internal and external stakeholders, prepare data-, scenario-, and risk-based decision foundations up to the executive level, and consistently drive decisions to implementation. At the same time, you will position the digital administration of Lucerne as a thought leader towards cantonal, national, and strategic partners as well as technology providers.
Your Profile
- With a university degree in computer science, business administration, or a comparable field, you have a solid foundation for connecting technological, organizational, and strategic issues.
- Through many years of relevant experience in the enterprise IT environment, in a management position, you have a demonstrable track record in product management, platform control, and the transformation of complex organizations, including responsibility for strategic initiatives or platforms with measurable impact on efficiency and value creation.
- Based on your deep know-how in Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform, Security & Compliance, you are confident in demanding and regulated system landscapes and have sound knowledge of cloud architectures, integrations, APIs, and system landscapes, particularly at the architecture and control level.
- With methodological strength, you use strategic planning, roadmap and portfolio management, as well as data-based control models with KPIs, SLA, and SLO, for active control of business value, priorities, and target achievement at the platform and portfolio level.
- As a convincing personality who actively lives ownership, you combine entrepreneurial thinking with strong communication and negotiation skills and succeed in transforming diverse interests into viable, future-oriented solutions, with clear decisiveness, assertiveness, and overall responsibility for impact and results.
