About the role
Overview
The Product Manager – Microsoft Security is responsible for defining, developing, and managing the company’s portfolio of Microsoft Security offerings, driving growth across managed, professional, co-build and co-sell services. The role focuses on leveraging Microsoft’s security ecosystem to deliver end-to-end protection and compliance solutions for enterprises, government and SMB/SMC clients. As part of a certified Microsoft Strategic Partner, this role aligns business strategy, technical innovation, and partnership execution to position the company as a trusted leader in Microsoft Security services, solution and co-built products.
Responsibilities
Security Product Strategy and Portfolio Leadership
- Develop and maintain the roadmap for Microsoft Security offerings
- Align the portfolio with CPX competency programs
- Conduct competitive and market analyses to identify opportunities
- Build business cases for new offers, including financial modeling, pricing strategies, and profitability targets
- Ensure products comply with CPX standards, certifications, and regional regulations (e.g., UAE-IA, DESC, NCA, GDPR, ISO 27001)
Security Service Development and Innovation
- Collaborate with CPX SBUs to design offerings
- Integrate AI-driven features such as Microsoft Security Copilot into offerings
- Standardize service delivery models, SLAs, and automation through Power Platform and Logic Apps
- Launch new professional services such as Zero Trust Assessments, Cloud Security Posture Reviews, and Compliance Readiness Programs
- Ensure alignment with Microsoft’s Zero Trust framework and best practices
- Manage a team of developers to co-build products with Microsoft developers and ISE teams
Qualifications
Skills/Certifications
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Security technologies: Defender, Sentinel, Entra, Purview, Intune, and Security Copilot
- Proven experience managing Microsoft partnership programs, co-sell processes, and incentive structures
- Familiarity with security frameworks (MITRE ATT&CK, Zero Trust, CIS, NIST)
- Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert (SC-100)
- Microsoft Certified: Security Operations Analyst (SC-200)
- Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator (SC-300)
- Product Management certification (AIPMM, Pragmatic, or equivalent)
