Product Manager - Minted Products

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in the precious metals sector to drive product development and innovation. This role combines market analysis, technical coordination, and client interaction, ensuring that new and existing products align with business strategy and meet high-quality standards. The position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams and active involvement in both national and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs
• Develop and propose new product concepts aligned with business strategy
• Coordinate product development activities with technical teams and design stakeholders
• Oversee the full product lifecycle, including planning and monitoring the minting process
• Manage customer requirements during product development and modifications to existing products
• Source and evaluate materials from external suppliers
• Monitor production progress, addressing delays or quality issues with corrective actions
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through ongoing consultation and support
• Provide technical expertise to the Sales team during client meetings and negotiations
• Participate in client visits, industry events, and international trade fairs

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably within the precious metals or related industry
• Strong understanding of production processes, including minting techniques
• Excellent command of English (additional languages are an advantage)
• Willingness and ability to travel nationally and internationally
• Strong analytical thinking, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail with a strong sense of product quality and design aesthetics
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical, creative, and commercial stakeholders

• Experience working with international clients and markets
• Familiarity with supply chain coordination and supplier management
• Exposure to product lifecycle management tools or systems
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills in a multicultural environment
