An established company in the Ticino region is seeking a Product Manager with experience in the precious metals sector. This role involves end-to-end product lifecycle management, from market research and concept development to production and client delivery.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market analysis and identify new product opportunities
• Develop product concepts aligned with company strategy
• Collaborate with technical and design teams on product development
• Plan and oversee the minting/production process
• Manage client requirements during product development and modifications
• Source and select materials and external suppliers
• Monitor quality issues, delays, and implement corrective actions
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Provide technical support to Sales during client meetings and negotiations
• Attend client visits, industry events, and trade fairs (national & international)

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally within precious metals or a related industry
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and minting techniques
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Willingness to travel frequently
• Strong attention to detail and aesthetic sensitivity
• Ability to communicate across technical, creative, and commercial stakeholders
• Analytical mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused with a strong commitment to product quality
