Your Role

For this client, we are looking for a qualified:

Product Manager with AI Focus (m/f/d)

Your Main Responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility for the technical development of our AI platform – from vision to implementation
• Development and management of the product strategy and roadmap in close coordination with management and key stakeholders
• Identification, prioritization, and conception of use cases with a clear focus on benefit, feasibility, and strategic impact
• Translation of customer needs and regulatory requirements into concrete product requirements
• Definition and management of relevant KPIs to measure product usage, success, and development
• Continuous analysis of the market, technologies, and competition to derive strategic impulses
• Close collaboration with IT, Legal, Data Protection, and other departments to ensure holistic product development
• Moderation of workshops and active stakeholder and customer management
• Representation of the platform to clients, partners, and in relevant networks
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements within the product context (e.g., EU AI Act)

Your Qualifications:

• Successfully completed studies, e.g., in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in product management, ideally in a SaaS or technology-driven environment
• In-depth experience in developing and managing product strategies and roadmaps
• Proficient in agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and a good understanding of modern product development processes
• Strong skills in stakeholder management and communication at the decision-maker level
• Basic understanding of AI technologies and their practical applications
• Experience in analyzing market and technology trends and evaluating new solution approaches
• Structured, data-driven, and results-oriented working style with high initiative
• Ideally, knowledge in regulated environments and experience with data protection and regulatory requirements (e.g., EU AI Act)
• Experience with product discovery methods (e.g., Design Thinking, User Research) is an advantage
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
