An incredible opportunity awaits for a Product Manager – Motor Insurance to join our high‑performing General Insurance team! Reporting to the Head of Product, you’ll take full ownership of the end‑to‑end lifecycle of Zurich’s Personal Motor and OEM Motor propositions — and play a key role in shaping the future of our OEM partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead bold product design and enhancements — elevating customer journeys and delivering competitive, compliant solutions that stand out in market.
- Fuel continuous innovation by tapping into customer and partner insights, industry trends, and regulatory changes.
- Partner across the business with Pricing, Underwriting, Compliance, Legal, CX/UX, Marketing, Operations, and Claims to deliver seamless, market‑leading product experiences.
- Collaborate directly with OEM partners to seamlessly embed Zurich’s motor proposition into their sales and distribution ecosystems.
- Supercharge portfolio performance by driving growth, retention, and profitability through smart product strategy.
- Be the go‑to expert for Personal Motor and OEM partnerships — ensuring Zurich stays ahead of evolving customer and market expectations.
- Champion strong governance and compliance, making sure every product initiative meets internal standards and regulatory requirements.
- Shape the strategic product roadmap, aligning initiatives to Zurich’s broader ambitions and future vision.
Requirements (Important to Your Success – Unlock Your Potential)
- Product development experience in general insurance, ideally Motor
- Proven end‑to‑end product lifecycle management
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Knowledge of motor/general insurance compliance and regulatory frameworks
- Commercial, data‑driven decision maker
- Experience with OEMs or dealer networks (advantageous)
- Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Hands‑on, delivery‑focused, and collaborative
