About the Role

To strengthen our team, we are looking for you as:

Product Manager Municipal Machines 80-100% (m/f)

You will work either in Regensdorf, ZH or at our location in Ersigen, BE with regular presence (approx. 2 days/week) at the headquarters in Regensdorf.

Technology, responsibility and scope for creativity, just your thing? At Robert Aebi Agricultural Technology AG, you will become the central interface between market, product, supplier and sales as a product manager. You actively shape market development, manage order processing and conduct product training. In doing so, you combine technical expertise with a pronounced understanding of business and commercial contexts.

What you can achieve with us

• Responsibility for product management of municipal machines
• Leadership, development and promotion of the directly subordinate clerk
• Purchasing and pricing of the assigned product group
• Support of market development in the responsible area
• Responsible for creating the necessary sales tools for the sales force
• Order processing including system maintenance in MS Dynamics 365
• Coordination, implementation and optimal use of marketing measures
• Close collaboration with internal and external sales, regional centres, workshop, logistics, spare parts warehouse, administration and marketing
• Consulting and support of technical sales advisors and sales partners in the assigned area (sales, training and marketing)
• Support in the care of strategic customers and key accounts

What you bring to your role

• Technical basic training in the field of municipal, commercial vehicles, automotive sector, agricultural or construction machinery and corresponding professional experience
• Further training in sales, marketing, product management or business administration
• German native speaker with good knowledge of English, French skills are an advantage
• Structured and independent working style
• Team player, strong negotiator and pronounced social competence / a "doer"
