Product Manager (m/f/d)
To strengthen our product management team at the Hersbruck location, we are looking for a dedicated individual as a Product Manager (m/f/d) as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for a variety of tasks:
- You will be responsible for the conception, development, and further development of products in line with the brand strategies of Fackelmann Brands.
- You will manage the entire product lifecycle – from the idea through implementation to marketing at the POS and in e-commerce.
- You will support operational procurement and ensure brand-appropriate product implementation in close coordination with purchasing and international suppliers.
- You will analyze markets, trends, and competitors and derive concrete product and assortment strategies from them.
- You will develop data-based decision-making foundations and continuously optimize assortment, pricing, and performance.
- You will support the development of POS, content, and marketing concepts to increase sales.
- You will use digital tools and AI-supported applications to make processes more efficient and identify market potential faster.
Requirements
What we expect from you:
- Completed studies in business administration, marketing, product management, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in product management, ideally in the FMCG or non-food sector
- Strong understanding of market mechanics, consumer behavior, and trends
- Analytical strength and experience in dealing with KPIs, data, and performance analyses
- Confident use of digital tools and interest in AI-supported applications in product management and marketing
- Structured, self-reliant way of working with high implementation speed
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
- Very good written and spoken English skills

Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Marketing, Produktmanagement oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Produktmanagement, idealerweise im FMCG- oder Non-Food-Umfeld
- Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Marktmechaniken, Konsumentenverhalten und Trends
- Analytische Stärke sowie Erfahrung im Umgang mit KPIs, Daten und Performance-Auswertungen
- Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Tools sowie Interesse an KI-gestützten Anwendungen im Produktmanagement und Marketing
- Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise mit hoher Umsetzungsgeschwindigkeit
- Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Responsibilities
- Du verantwortest die Konzeption, Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung von Produkten entlang der Markenstrategien von Fackelmann Brands.
- Du steuerst den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus – von der Idee über die Umsetzung bis hin zur Vermarktung am POS und im E-Commerce.
- Du begleitest die operative Beschaffung und stellst in enger Abstimmung mit Einkauf und internationalen Lieferanten die markengerechte Umsetzung der Produkte sicher.
- Du analysierst Märkte, Trends und Wettbewerber und leitest daraus konkrete Produkt- und Sortimentsstrategien ab.
- Du entwickelst datenbasierte Entscheidungsgrundlagen und optimierst kontinuierlich Sortiment, Pricing und Performance.
- Du unterstützt die Entwicklung von POS-, Content- und Vermarktungskonzepten zur Absatzsteigerung.
- Du nutzt digitale Tools und KI-gestützte Anwendungen, um Prozesse effizienter zu gestalten und Marktpotenziale schneller zu identifizieren.
