As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the holistic management of your projects and products – from defining requirements to successful implementation. You will actively drive topics forward, always maintain an overall overview, and ensure that all initiatives are successfully completed in line with business objectives.

Your Responsibilities

  • You act as a central interface between specialist departments and IT, ensuring smooth collaboration.
  • You take responsibility for defining, prioritizing, and implementing requirements, as well as for the content-related management of your projects and products.
  • You actively drive projects forward and ensure that they are implemented in a goal-oriented and timely manner.
  • You analyze requirements, conceptualize new product features, and continuously develop existing solutions.
  • You maintain and prioritize the Product Backlog, keeping business objectives in mind.
  • You work closely with agile development teams and ensure continuous delivery of added value.
  • You use qualitative and quantitative data to make informed decisions and validate hypotheses.
  • You define, monitor, and interpret relevant business KPIs and derive appropriate measures from them.

What you bring

  • You have several years of experience in Product Management or a comparable role (e.g., Product Owner or Project Manager).
  • You have practical experience in e-commerce, digital payments, or the banking sector.
  • You have sound knowledge of the Swiss market, particularly in retail and payment infrastructure.
  • You understand the collaboration between business and IT and can effectively connect both sides.
  • You are characterized by a high degree of personal responsibility and proactively drive topics forward in a goal-oriented manner.
  • You are familiar with agile methods and frameworks (e.g., Scrum or comparable).
  • You convince with strong communication skills and confident stakeholder management.
  • You have very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
