About

You will be part of topsystem GmbH and thus part of EPG. As a Product Manager (m/f/d), you will contribute to the digital and smart logistics of tomorrow! Specifically, you will take strategic responsibility for the design and optimization of cross-process workflows in our EPG AES™ Aviation Execution Suite.

Responsibilities

• You bring in new ideas and drive the further development of our EPG AES™ Aviation Execution Suite – with a clear focus on customer and market requirements.
• You analyze and design processes within the software suite from a holistic perspective and ensure that our software solutions harmonize optimally along the process chain.
• You shape our product roadmap and develop innovative solution approaches that will shape the aviation of the future – with a strong focus on digitalization, automation, (agentic) AI, and integration.
• You create precise development tickets based on functional requirements, thus ensuring not only the derivation of high-level concepts but, above all, clearly implementable development projects.
• You ensure that the entire suite and processes are not only efficient but also intuitive and user-friendly.
• You lead cross-functional development projects and work closely with internal stakeholders.
