Your Role

Do you have a deep understanding of applications and markets? Then become part of our Life Cycle Nutrition team in Pischelsdorf, Gmünd, or Aschach an der Donau (OÖ) as a Product Manager. This part-time or full-time position offers high professional impact with flexible working time arrangements.

Your Responsibilities:

• Product responsibility Life Cycle Nutrition Holistic support and further development of selected product groups with a focus on infant and specialized nutrition.
• Market, application & product expertise Provision of well-founded technical insights to support premium positioning and customer-specific solutions.
• Technical sales support Technical support for customers, conducting training sessions, and assisting sales with complex issues.
• Internal knowledge management Central role in building and sharing know-how on products, applications, and regulatory frameworks.
• Packaging & Change Control Management of packaging adjustments and product changes in a highly regulated environment.

Your Strengths:

• Degree in Food Technology supplemented by economic training
• At least 5 years of professional experience, ideally in infant nutrition / Life Cycle Nutrition
• Experience in product management, R&D, technical sales, or project management
• Structured, self-directed, and implementation-oriented way of working
• SAP, Excel, and Power BI knowledge are advantageous
• Willingness to travel 10-20%
• Very good German and English skills
• High reliability, punctuality, and quality awareness

• The minimum salary for this position is EUR 3,500 gross per month on a full-time basis. Depending on your specific experience, there is a willingness to pay market-rate compensation. We will gladly clarify the final salary in a personal conversation.
